How Events Are Priced
HOURLY RATE + MATERIAL FEE (TBD) + TRAVEL FEES (IF NECESSARY) -Material fee covers paper, supplies, and plastic protective sleeves that will be calculated depending on your number of guests and needs. -New York - Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, Bronx (fee for gas - commute only). Outside of New York/ upstate/ out of state - email to inquire, keep in mind accommodations, flight, commute etc! -A security deposit (50%) is required for all bookings to secure your booking date. -All payments and pending balances are due before or on the date of your event. -A late fee of $25 will be applied for each day that goes beyond your payment due date.
How It Works . . .

Depending on your creative needs and number of guests, amount of Illustrations can vary from 6-7 per hour (8-10 mins per illustration) - this is determined by detail wanted as well as the sizing of the paper you choose!

Guests will have a finished fashion illustration by the end of event. Guests can choose to wait for their illustration or go enjoy the event and come back for their illustration with their picture taken with Ipad.

A digital online queue system will notify guests once their illustration is completed. Yaniris has a creative assistant to control work flow and to ensure guests enjoy your event!
